Refund & Exchange

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Fergobuy guarantees to refund any item purchased on our website if you are not satisfied by your purchase. All returns must be returned in acceptable condition and posted within 7 working days of receiving your order. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You are responsible for return shipping fees. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition they were received. Products must be returned in the original box and/or packaging.

We are not able to offer an exchange for items purchased. All returned items will be refunded once they have been received by our warehouse. If you would like a different size or color of an item, then you will need to place a new order.

It can usually take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your return to be delivered back to our warehouse, depending on your location and which postal service you use.

7 days easy return in this following reason: (From the date you received the item to the date we received your return request)

  1. Quality problem of the item (e.g damaged, dented, malfunctioned, cannot be used)
  2. Received the incomplete product(s) (e.g. missing items)
  3. received the wrong product(s) (e.g. wrong size, wrong colour, different product).
  4. About these items: clothes, shoes, or jewelry that have different sizes, if you choose the size isn’t fit for you, replacement is acceptable. (You need to return the item on your own cost)

Refund Policy

Once we receive your return parcel, it will be processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) and we will email you to let you know this has been refunded. The funds will go back to your original payment method. It typically takes 5-10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), depending on your bank/card issuer.

If there is no quality-related issue but you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the items for refund within 10 working days of receiving your order, this refund will however be issued at the discretion of Fergobuy. We will refund you the item price after we have received your package and inspected it. You would be responsible for all shipping fees incurred.

Attention please: we can not accept returns and refund in these following reasons:

  1. The undergarment (e.g corset, underwear) can not returns and refund due to hygiene purpose.
  2. Change of mind is not applicable.
  3. You make double orders and want to return one of them
  4. You buy the same item from other website and want to return
  5. You see the lower price in the other website and want to return

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
